This really only happens to me whilst playing fifa, I'm generally a calm person but something about fifa makes me very irritable, if I feel like if I'm losing unfairly I always throw huge tantrums.

I constantly shout at my players saying 'wtf you doing' even though I'm controlling them lmao. and if I make a stupid mistake/concede a stupid goal I start throwing my xbox pad and start punching stuff.

I usually only play career mode too but I usually get anxious before a game and my hands are constantly sweating which makes it worse.

Anyone else have this problem? I do get angry with cod aswell sometimes but nowhere near the same level as fifa which turns me into a maniac.

I'm not even a huge gamer either, on average I play like 1-2 times a week.

When I was younger I smashed a controller to bits every week. Mainly from racing games like gran turismo, toca, need for speed lol.

1v1s where you're getting rekt hard rages me. If I'm playing Apex Legends for example it wouldn't really piss me off because I can blame the loss on other things like 3rd parties or my teammates. But 1v1s where you're getting destroyed is something else.

I ended up buying those cheap no name ones.
