Do you take probiotics?

IF so what brand/product? I tried it before didn't seem to work but only did it for like a week. I didn't do as much research as I should have.

I like Kombucha and Kefir. They aren't particularly cheap though.

Yes, but only from fermented foods, either from kraut or kimchi. I tried some expensive Whole Paycheck brand once and didn't notice any differences.

I'm actually going to grab some from costco next time I go in. They have the best value if you're looking to go the actual supplement route srs

What brand? I feel like that is important to be honest, hence why I am curious which supplements people take. It seems like most people get their probiotics from types of food though like yogurt.
