restoring your foreskin

has anyone ever tried using these methods? is it worth even trying to gain anything back that was robbed from you? I have a low ci1 cut and no frenulum at all. I don't think there's any hope for me. do you think its over? I don't know if I can keep going on in this life. my whole body is numb all day just like my mutilated pnus.
