This story is pretty Floridaman

Guy calls 911 to ask for a ride home. While in possession of MJ. When they tell him they will call him a taxi, he curses them out and hangs up. Then calls 911 again and asks for a ride home. Police go to his location - not to give him a ride home - but to arrest him. They find the MJ.
