Gas Money.

2 Employees I hired in 2 months who were well qualified declined the job offer because of "gas money"... The last guy drives a newer model 4 cylinder accord. Round trip his drive would cost him $4.00... Maybe $5.00. He would earn anywhere between $320-$400 in a day working for me... At least $60 per day more than their other job.

Yes, it's crossed my mind that maybe it was something else they didn't like but this is the first time I've heard someone bring up gas money ever. Two people in two months who lived about 15-20 miles away.

If you worry about gas money, you will not progress in life.
