Is Oatmeal the GOAT food???

Been eating one cup of oatmeal a day since October 2020 and this is what I have experienced:

- Poop twice a day, sometimes three times. Before oatmeal I pooped once every two days and messy poop half the time (srs)
- Always quality poop, wiping is now just a waste of TP, arsehole is always clean after pooping (dead srs) BTW bidetcrew
- Stomach is flatter than ever
- After oatmeal Im full af for hours
- Energy lvls cant say but I go for a 10K run 3 times a week to burn excess of energy

Oatmeal with milk, honey, bananas and nuts crew. Before oatmeal I used to eat corn flakes. Never again. Oatmeal FTW!

A warm bowl of oats is hard to beat in terms of feel good food.

My daily bowl is

1 cup of dry oats, cooked in 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of water
1 cup of blueberries
Cinnamon
1-2 tbsp of raw honey

Wash it all down with a pint of mlik

GOAT.

Love oatmeal for breakfast while backpacking. Soak oats, dried fruit, brown sugar in a ziplock bag with water overnight. Wake up, eat oatmeal, toss bag. Tons of cheap, quick energy with no cleanup.

Groats are better and less processed, absorb slower and provide extended energy. Oatmeal spikes blood sugar.
