Is EC still tops for cutting?

Calorie deficit obviously but is EC still everyone’s go-to? Im not up to date on my supplement game. Anything better than EC? I know about forskolin and yohimbimbe (sp) but never messed with them

I don't think any "fat burner" ever really worked. It's more about curbing your appetite and maintaining energy.

So whatever does that for you will work.

I still take bronkaid for my asthma.

You need to cycle off it after a few days. It can mess with your prostate, too, but it is effective.

And that 2,4 dinniwhatever is poison.

it's the only "fat loss supplement" that has a lot of evidence-based research and actual significant positive results. but it's mainly on "obese people." which i'm guessing in the studies that would be like people over 25% body fat.

i've messed around with it, and even right now i'm messing with it. i hate it, just using up the rest of my EC inventory, and will never go back to it afterwards. i don't think it's that beneficial for people under 18-20% body fat. i think it's more detrimental than beneficial under 18-20% body fat, due to emotional issues, dehydration, adrenal fatigue.
There is only one Hell: the one we live in now.

That’ll work, you can also use the elliptical or bike, i do 30sec full speed and full resistance and 30 seconds of rest. Repeat 15 intervals and RIP fat, especially after lifting

This is really what I use it for as it helps me maintain a deficit by curbing hunger. The first week especially- I have to remember to eat

It can. The theory goes that it's a beta antagonist and your prostate is full of beta receptors.

its honestly better for you than Ec if you take it right and dont act like an idiot

however it will make you more hungry, fatigued, and can make sleeping very uncomfortable. But it doesnt directly effect organ health as long as you stay hydrated.

Been on EC for 6 years now, hard to stop it. Just did a 13 minute run on it (no HIIT though because that’s dangerous on EC).
