Wow mind blown at amount of time spent on phone. Misc what’s your screen time

Go to settings on iPhone then click screen time and it will tell you your daily and weekly hours spent on iPhone. I gotta get my life together averaging over 6 hours a day srs. Already at 5 hours today and over 100 pickups dead ****in srs

Average about 2 hours most days and always trying to stay aware to lower it. Can’t imagine 6 hours

Yeah 6 hours is nuts... I never use laptop so iPhone is used for everything so def raises the number a bit but still want to get it down to 2-3 range
