Waking up at midnight tired, why?
Sleep 8pm to 3am = wake up tired
Sleep 3am to 7am = wake up fine
Wtf?
Sleep 3am to 7am = wake up fine

prob your Circadian rhythm is fuked
also you could be waking up in the middle of a sleep cycle (each one is around 90min) waking up in the middle of one makes you feel dead tired. Ever notice if you wake up sometimes you feel great, then you sleep in for more 30min and feel like chit, this is why.
