Its actually not that hard. Its clearly defined. Inb4 some nerd tries to tell about some maths thats not

Its prob more about your style of thinking. Its like the equivalent of writing but thinking in each individual letter. Tediously mundane and annoying. When we write we often think in whole words and not the letters

That honestly could be why a lot of people suck. Theyre used to thinking like that and making associations

i used to think it was hard until i kept reading math threads on the misc.

From what i read it all comes down to practice and consistency. you also have to keep doing the problems since you will forget.

Idk my 2 cents

LOL.

Don't worry op. Im in the same both.

That said, op, if you wanted to be good at it, you can.

I've operateed a long time with just basic maths and I've done pretty well for myself. Math is just another tool. Its not everything.

I was never good at maths until i applied myself and started studying more, its all formulas really, once you figure them out its pretty easy, i never did any advanced math though. Kind of miss doing it, all i do for my job is basic addition and subtraction

Nerd here.

Nah, math studies the implications of its definitions so, implicitly, there's no mathematics without clear definitions. Math as taught in school and early university can be fuzzier because we don't teach the real definitions (srs, and trust me that it's for the best).

At most, you can argue there's some fuzziness with algorithmic proofs or proofs that fill out an entire bookcase...
