I just thought of a great new recipe
1)Take a bagel (can be plain or seasoned but nothing sweet)
2) remove just a little bit of the bread from the middle hole (make the hole just a bit bigger)
3) Put the bagel halves flat side on the bottom on a hot oiled pan
4)cover the pan to preserve moisture
5)flip it over after it browned a bit
6) crack an egg into each hole and cover the pan
7) cook just long enough for the top layer to have no obvious raw egg
It's good. Made it multiple times this week
