Anyone experience lower back pain when losing weight?
Doctor and I agreed I would try to lose some weight. Within a couple of weeks I started getting lower back pain, basically the lumbar or tailbone. It's not debilitating but I can tell that it's weakened. Is this normal? My one concern is deadlifting, I think it's one of the most effective muscle building exercises but I'm afraid to do it, haven't done it in about a week and a half.
Bodybuilding is a lifetime journey, anytime spent not bulking or cutting is a waste of time.

I guess it's possible that you're losing weigth rapidly. When that happens, you lose a lot of water and along with it minerals. If you're not replenishing them properly, it could leave your bones to be weak and if you're deadlifting then it's easier to suffer spinal problems.
