Nailed punctured my tyre and it went balls in

Debating whether or not I should just keep driving since it’s so damn inside that no air is leaking out or change the tyre anyway

its leaking and will eventually go flat - go get it plugged for like $5, don't change the entire tire

Don't settle for a plug unless it is urgent. Take it to a tire shop and have them patch it, it will not cost much at all.

The screw was kind enough to penetrate you in the middle of your tread so it is a easy repair. Sometimes when it is out on the edge of the contact surface near the sidewall the shops will not repair it.

that's an easy straightforward repair you'll be fine. no need for new tire IMO.

oh and as others said. don't drive around on it.
