It’s a twist on The Godfather

2.5 oz bourbon
0.5 oz Cointreau
0.25 oz luxardo maraschino

Mostly showing the icemaxxing, I can’t go back to cloudy ice boyos

I am using filtered water or if I don’t have any I boil tap water.

It’s directional freezing. The water needs to be warm for a even longer freeze time. You want time to elapse so all air bubbles escape and impurities go down the little holes.






Bought this off amazon, 40 bucks. True ice? I don’t it’s called.
