The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) publishes an annual Global Liveability Ranking, which ranks 140 cities for their urban quality of life based on assessments of stability, healthcare, culture and environment, education and infrastructure.

Don't know what this list is based off of, but it surely isn't reality. The cost of living is so detached from average person here that the majority are drowning. It is only going to get worse too as they increase taxes to pay for the massive deficits. Canada is going to collapse in the next decade.
