I am consistently stunned by anyone who conflates sex with gender. They're clearly asking for an applicant's sex in the gender section and then just in case someone has an emotional breakdown from being asked who they are, they then have to talk about gender woowoo nonsense.

I'm equally stunned that an organization cares about who I'm most interested in fuking. I wish these were questions meant to weed out pain in the ass potential, but we all know that's not the case.

Everything I applied for was in Cali, Seattle, Texas, and New York. Google, ********, Apple, Netflix, Microsoft, Tesla, Salesforce and dozens more only ask the optional 'are you male or female' question.
