4 weeks to vacation - need to lean out as much as I can

Going on vacation in 4 weeks. I want to maximize the month leading into vacation and lean out as much as I can.

what works for you guys?

I’m already cutting on about 1700-1750 cals and drinking a lot of water. Taking EC stack and keeping protein high at 150+ grams.

Should I work in some fasted cardio in the am? Drop carbs some?

In for srs replies.

So what is your daily maintenance around? I think calorie deficit matters more than how many you're eating.

Are you rigorously tracking or just eyeballing it?

Hard to gauge your current level of knowledge from this post.

I'm personally going for max cut without losing muscle mass, but your goals may be different.

I've been cutting at a 750-1000 deficit. Going for 1.0-1.1 grams protein/lb and 0.4 grams fat/lb bodyweight per day. This leaves me only about 0.2-0.25 grams carbs/lb.

I've read up to 1.3 grams protein/lb bodyweight per day is the max required for not losing mass on a cut and 0.7 is the min. Also read 0.18 grams protein/lb bodyweight per meal (4 hour timespan) is ideal, but some people seem to get good results with IF too.
