I was shocking, I could do about 5 push ups, a pull up was totally impossible for me. On the bench I struggled with the bar, I was OK at curls though for some reason.
I still remember the first time I ever did a pull up I just decided to see if I could after doing lat pull downs for 3 months and it was really easy and I did like 10 and was hyped lmfao

i went to the gym and just did random chit while also completely starving myself, I used to work out late at night because no one else was there and I was embarrassed to be seen and I tried a pull up the first couple weeks and could barely hang on to the bar.... Couple months later decided to try a pull up and knocked out a couple. Pretty sure that moment was one of the peaks of my entire lifting career srs. I'd never done a pull up in my life then all of a sudden I was able to bust out 3 without even practicing. I felt like god that day
but to answer the question disgustingly weak, to this day id still consider myself weak by almost all metrics. I was and will never be a strong dude relative to my weight

I first went into the gym at 9, and benched 135 for 15 reps or so, then moved onto 180 for a triple as the 135 was so easy. I then busted out 225 for a triple and maxed out at 250ish for a single. I was only around 75lbs at the time though.
But srs. I was about 15 and it was our very basic school gym. Maybe 8 press-ups. Bench press machine 35kg or so (harder than free-weight bench as to how it was set up). I can't really recall the exact weight stats from all those years ago. They were pretty weak though.
