Is physiotherapy any good? Are therapists doctors?

Holy chit annoying noises coming out of back of my neck as if someone is pouring soda to a glass when sometimes I turn my head or when my stomach growls. Rarely it even feels like my brain is getting ruptured.

Weird enough there is no pain. Can this physiotherapist woman fix it? Don't really want to lose my fukin health license.
