Do dog whistles work? Do they hurt? can humans hear them?
My crackhead neighbors have a bunch of dogs that keep barking and I'm trying to focus on things but its hard to concentrate.
Can I buy a dog whistle to blow or one of those sonic devices that only dogs can hear to get them to stop?
