What happened to society?

It's like the internet is nothing but angry sjws and incels and full of mental illness and real life is some kind of weird globohomo culture that is also full of mental illness

Is there any way to escape this to live a somewhat normal life?

Oh yes I am aware. He made a thread about mental issues in the RH the other day. I feel for him as it must be miserable to live in his head. I agree it's a clown world, but in my mind I practice radical acceptance. What can I do about it? I can only adapt and manage the best I can.
