i used to think Netflix was great when it was a new concept but now there is so many different streaming services and TV shows, movies it's really hard to decide what to watch. Watching something also is a big investment of time and attention, so you need to judge what you're gonna watch off some picture and basically watch a few episodes of something to know it's good. Most shows start slow and you have no idea what you're even watching until you're halfway into an episode. I don't want to wait 30 minutes until I realize something sucks and isn't for me. on something like Youtube, I could find something to watch and if it sucks, I click off and just type in whatever I feel like watching, or fast forward to see if it's going to ever get good. Peacock and Netflix, I'm bombarded with a massive catalog of pictures and need to judge if something is gonna be good based off those pictures. A lot of the stuff just looks like typical Hollywood leftist agenda crap, created by SJWs. seriously, hardly anything looks interesting. I did watch some of Kobra Kai and it looked cool and drew me in but not enough for me to care enough to keep watching.

I guess I just dont have the attention span for these services.. also doesn't help that it seems like they hardly ever feature good, classic movies. it's always subpar movies and a lot of "original series" stuff. id rather play Red Dead 2 or watch chit on youtube.

Its just lame entertainment. I only ever watch netflix if I'm with someone else, otherwise I get too bored from it
