Paulo Costa was a big strong heavy hitting guy, probably much bigger than Adesanya post weigh in.

I'd expect something similar tonight.

Don't get me wrong I'd absolutely love to see Adesanya lose, but I don't think it will happen.

Blachowicz is a tough guy, it might go to decision where I think he'd lose on points.

If you're that drunk/hungover off of 5 beers to use it as an excuse then you're probably a pussy that deserves to be mounted.

Reminds me of these Olympic sprinters that grab their hamstrings in the last 20 meters when they realize they're getting smoked.


Getting back to the fight, I didn't realize that Blachowicz was 38, I don't know at what age fighters go into decline but that's just one more reason I wouldn't bet against an undefeated fighter in his prime. Also Blachowicz may be champion, but he never beat a champion. He beat a decent fighter in Reyes, but it was a vacant belt that Bones Jones didn't want.

Adesanya took the belt from Whitaker and has defended it twice. Granted different belts, but one is a true champion and one got there on a technicality.

Most analysts agree that Reyes won the Jones fight after rewatching it. The only excuse people have for Jones winning the fight is that 'You have to undoubtedly beat the champion to become the champion' Just lol

Jones striking was exposed in that fight, people have evolved.
