You can't though if you're in the US. It's not a law. A mandate/executive order is not a law. Company policy does not supercede Federal law and rights.

Considering masks offer no protection it's pointless especially considering that most drive thru have plastic shields up with a small opening to hand the food off, it's pointless. This whole mask thing and fear of germs has gone to ridiculous lengths.
