lift and cut till you see all your abs. Should be around 10-12% bf. stay around that for a few months to get your bodies hormones in a optimal state. You'll finally be insulin sensitive again. Do a lean bulk. You'll never look like a pathetic skinnyfat ******* again in your life. good luck *******

You need to do some research and decide on how you want to cut. You could use a good fat burner likeHydroxyEliteand go on a cutting diet, like something recommended by Alan Aragon in his bookThe Lean Muscle Diet: A Customized Nutrition and Workout Plan--Eat the Foods You Love to Build the Body You Want and Keep It for Life!
It's very hard to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, so you want to pick one or the other to go with. Obviously at your weight, you want to go on a cutting diet.

Just fukking life and your body will transform. You will likely get leaner simply from doing that. Start working towards eating cleaner but don’t stress about any specific diet.

Eat slightly below maintenance calories whilst getting in 1g protein per pound bodyweight and do a decent lifting routine consisting of mainly compound movements and some isolation work.
If you've never lifted before you can gain muscle whilst simultaneously losing fat.
