Depends on how its implemented. Lets assume you decide on a 6 day per week push, pull, leg, split. (Best option IMO).
Pull day you can do chinups, pullups, rope climbs, reverse rows.
Push day you can do handstand pushups, divebomb pushups, regular pushups, dips, etc.
Leg day you can do pistol squats. Air squats, lunges. Leap frogs. Hill sprints. Run stadiums. Etc.
You can progressively overload volume (More reps, more sets). Lower your rest periods. Get a weighted vest to add weight. Etc. Assuming you devote 30 minutes a day 6 days a week to those sectors. You can definitely build an athletic looking physique.
I really doubt the average person will implement enough intensity to do so however.

You definitely can but you won't get as big as if you were to do weights. You'll have more define muscles. I do about 1 hour.
