Peter McAleese - Killing Escobar

New documentary about a failed attempt to kill Pablo Escobar, here's the trailer:


Anyone interested in military history or autobiographies should also check out Peter McAleese's autobiography as well. Lots of history in there including a bit about the above assignment. I thought it was an excellent read and very down to earth.

Didn't know about Escobar until I saw Netflix's Narcos. Was mind=blown after watching the series and looking up Escobar on google and finding out all the crazy events in the show including how he dieded was pretty much how it happened in real life.

Yeah, the show was based in reality. Now that I think of it Escobar might give Castro a run for his money when it comes to assassination attempts.
