Anyone use a weighted vest?
I'm looking to buy one. I see some basic ones off of amazon but not sure if anyone here has any experience or tips with weighted vests. I'm looking to do some basic mountain hiking and running with it.

Get a legit plate carrier and take it to the gym. I use my First Spear and AR550 plates to make my push-ups, pull-ups and planks that much harder.

I understand it for jogging and maybe a long distance hike but I see people walking around my neighborhood with them and think they'd be much better off carrying a couple dumbbells of equal weight. Brb grip, forearm, and trap activation. Brb better control of posture. Brb could hit some overhead press or curls while walking, brb could stop and hit some rear delt flys, etc.
