How do I last longer in sex?

Every one night stand has went no call on me, in the last month. Think it's because I came so fast, within 3 minutes and then went to sleep and ignored them for the rest of the night. Is this a blessing?

Its cuz ur body has trained itself to ejaculate very quickly because of all the years of fapping and porn.
