he's always been at least 10 years older than all his fighters.. the oldest fighter the UFC has had was 45.. Uncle Dana is lke 52 And he calls all the young fighters kids. who are usually in their 20s- early 30s

Well he’s kind of an older man who has been an executive in the sport for a long time and has a managed the UFC for a while, and when you are his age working with guys in their 20’s they are basically kids to you.
Like don’t you recognize that? Let’s say you were in a certain line of work and you made a name for yourself until you were incredibly successful and you’re 50+. Then you work with someone half your age. They’re basically a kid to you.
I’m only 32 and when I hire someone out of school at 25 I am wary of their competence and ability to handle chit.

That was my entire thought process until I became a LOW level manager.
Young people in their 20’s out of school know NOTHING. They don’t know how to interact in a professional environment, they don’t know how to handle constructive criticism, they don’t even know how to be told to do anything half of the time. They freeze up like dumbasses. And this is after they got a Masters degree.
I THOUGHT they could be treated like adults, but I was dead wrong. They are CHILDREN.
Maybe your line of work is different my good man, but it ain’t my experience at all.
