Bikes and skin aging
Can someone explain? Every bike rider I’ve seen has obvious skin aging after 2-3 big tours. They’ll deny it too oftentimes
Is there any way to mitigate it? Chestbrah certainly has but he’s also had a ton of plastic surgery
It’s a catch 22 because the best time to ride is in your 20’s, but then it accelerates your aging

He's grew up in Colombia up in the mountains so maybe less atmosphere protecting him while he was out riding

Perhaps do something mild, like really mild. But why not just stay natty? You can achieve an impressive physique

A lot bike riders skin looks like it thickens up, and later starts to get that leathery look earlier in age.
