Is there a benefit to doing HIIT before lifting? (Same session)

I did some sprints for the first time in a while and I was tired af. I was only able to lift at around 60% because my hands were shaking (srs). Im sure I would have been able to lift more if I weren’t tired but is there some hormone inducing effect when you push yourself beyond?
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

I usually go for a 30-40 minute run after the gym session at like 4 in the morning every second day. I don't think the treadmills are even legit for running progression in the gym, unlike actual free-running hence why I don't do cardio in the gym, only out of it. Most people do it after your workout though otherwise you're going to use up all your energy
if you need someone to chat with, don't hesitate to shoot me a PM.

Only do cardio after the gym. In the winter I'll walk on an incline, bike, row, or stair stepper. But once it gets nicer out I'll head to the track next to the gym for cardio.
