Just wondering. Every gym I’ve gone to there have been 3-4 regulars who look like they weigh 150 but can move a lot of weight on squat and deadlift. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one who benches really heavy though.

There's that Asian guy on YouTube who benches like 4-5 plates who looks dyel. Misced for a short bit.

Someone will probably post.

Most people drink the stronglifts/rippletoe/F5 kool aid and end up T-REXMAXXING.

When I was at school there was a Dwarf in my year who had the equal highest bench of anyone in the year. Mechanically he didn't have to move the weight as far but I still found that impressive.

Back when I was doing bench press competitions, there was a little dude who competed. Weighed 140lbs and could pause bench 330lbs.

Mind was blown

Yeah, he was a miscer, maybe still is.

The weight he was moving was incredible for his size.

There was a freakshow at my last gym that would come in like once a month, bench press 485 to 500, then leave. He looks like a 165 dork that youd see working at an AT&T store. Zero visable muscle mass. Weird as ****.
