Bestbuy store pickup.... (reps)

I got an item that said “arrive by 3/19”. Well that’s tomorrow and it still says “Preparing for pickup friday”. Is it just gonna go from this status to ready for pickup? I thought it would say “shipped to store” or something.


Who has experience doing this ????? Am I gonna make it??? This is why I only use amazon

Only thing I did that with is an extra PS5 controller. No problems tho

They send an email or text when it’s ready to be picked up. Super easy. They even bring it out to you if you want.
