How to date again when your ex set standards way too high?

I can't date anymore because my ex who i believe may have been borderline or narcissistic set standards way too high

- She was 5 ft 1 , lifted had a fat ass, thick legs, small waist
- The sex was amazing, it was so fun, anal, anything, could eat her ass after she worked 8 hour shifts her hygeiene and looks were always on point
- dressed up for me and cooked for me
- bught me expesnive gifts
- literally did whatever i said, would go along with anyhting
- really fun always laughing and loud and out going etc.


she was the best, hands down. I go out with other girls and they don't even come close to her., my standards are set so high now..
