Misc doctors, sense a "pop" when doing pull-ups
when I do pull-ups I sense a "pop" at the end of each downward motion in the circled area
I can't say it really hurts, but it is very clearly there
when I quit the exercise it doesn't bother me anymore
I can still do close gripped chin ups f.e. without feeling this
w0t do?

Go see a physio if it's really as bad but my shoulders click and pop every single time I rotate them around and it's never hurt
if you need someone to chat with, don't hesitate to shoot me a PM.

but it's clearly something not being right so I'm pretty hesitant to do anymore pull-ups now

funny I have the same. Both shoulders and neck area. Annoying as hell and I can only sleep looking up.
Had an xray done they said vertebra are ok. Went to a pt next he said both my shoulders came forward and it is putting pressure to my neck and causing the pop. Gave me daily exercises (wall stretch 20 reps, hold 6 secs, 3 times a day AND shoulder pull with some medical band 15 reps, hold 5 secs, 4 times a day) and some osteobiflex supplement and was very assuring that it'll be fixed by June. One week so far and havent noticed any improvement though.
Maybe you have the same brah.

Might be bro. I have been sitting behind a computer since October for the online lessons. 6 hours (and later +1-2 hours more for study). Should do light exercises whenever you have a chance when doing 'WFH' or 'studyFH'
