I think they make a lot of money doing those videos. I can't watch them.

However, there is this show called "fit to fat to fit", where personal trainers gain tons of weight in order to lose it with their client.

I love watching them eat because I can relate how wonderful it would be just eat everything you ever wanted as I have restricted most of my life.
