Should trans people be able to have children?

Had this conversation with some friends and the majority of them think that trans people should not be able to have children. Maybe some are able to be amazing parents that treat their children with respect, honor their views and opinions and don't force them to believe or do anything they don't want to.

But overall I think it's a mental disease and the majority of people like that are not fit to raise children.

Thoughts?

I wouldn't want to generalize them, I try to discourage prejudice whenever possible. I say it's probably like anyone else, so long as they're fit and not some screwed up people.

The kids are so fuked up these days that it doesnt even matter. they are all going to be indoctrinated by the state school system and the media. The parent cannot realistically be there 24/7 to know everything they see or do. Its very hard for a good parent to unprogram an smarter kid. The average kids have no chance so their parent type makes little difference.

I read that scientists are trying to make implantable artificial wombs for both men and women so theoretically in the future, trans people (male to female) could have kids or at least the experience of carrying a growing foetus inside them.

That's why doctors are willing to give them HRT. It becomes infinitely more difficult to have kids when you disrupt homeostasis. It's basically sterilization of the mentally ill.

Yes IMO. My baby mama is schizophrenic and has a whole host of other mental issues. 10/10 mom though our daughter is her life. She lives with her parents though and they pick up the slack where she might be lacking

Theoretically its possible now to transplant an embryo into a male's abdominal cavity and for it to attach to a major organ to create a placenta and the father would need hormone therapy. Its basically an ectopic pregnancy which are generally aborted upon discovery as they're very dangerous for the mother. This is nothing more than a medical what if though because no ethics board in the world would sign off on basically killing men to try this out
