Does a shower ever solve all your problems?

I find that some of my most helpful thoughts come to me in the shower. I think I've read an interesting article about this before, but a quick google only shot me back a bunch of BS.

I usually get home about 6pm - after work, after gym. I'm probably feeling great from the endorphins, but I'm definitely tired, stressed from work, probably just got done talking down my gf from some chaos, and now I gotta gear up to study. I feel like chit, but I can damn near solve world hunger in that steamy 5 minutes. It's been happening a lot lately, just curious if anyone else notices this.

Normally yea with the rare exception when your mom joined me in the shower 31 years ago. That just created a problem
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

It doesn't solve all problems, but it's amazing sometimes how much my mood improves from before a shower to after. Like I begin in a terrible mood and the shower brings me to like a 6-7.
