WTF best buy just sells broken **** as "open box"

FFS Ive tried to buy the same laptop 3x, every single time the **** was broken

1. lenovo yoga C940 "satisfactory" condition: showed up at the store, wasnt even charged. the keyboard + trackpad didnt work.

2. ordered yoga 7i "excellent" w/ i5: endless loop of welcome to windows menus, couldnt even reinstall windows

3. ordered yoga 7i "excellent certified" with i7: worked for 40 minutes, then the screen would cut out for no reason.

Always wanted to hear if the preowned was bad, sounds better than amazon electronics, it ends up costing more than the refund to return those.
