Best way to remove tartar?
For my job I have to be constantly tasting supplements with low pH;
I go to the dentist every 6 months but I've noticed I have a lot of tartar building up because of my job.
I already brush 2x / day and floss 1x per day & use listerine (the purple one).
Is there a good way/ tool to remove tartar from building up?
Mygums are (very slightly) retreating since I've started here.
Bought a dental kit with those metal things to scratch out tartar but it's impossible to do it on your own lmao.
Good advice gets repped ty

Flossing?
In all honesty, just cleaning your teeth after eating is always the best advice as well as getting dental cleaning done every 4-6 months or so

Used to be cavity prone then started taking bone marrow supps along with other organ glandulars. For the bulk of 2019 I took bone marrow 2-3 times a week along with vitamin K. Had a couple borderline cavities close up, and had 2 different hygeinists comment how easy it was to clean my teeth. In times past they'd be digging away trying to get buildup off. Haven't been back yet in a year b/c my dentist retired and haven't been bothered to get set up with a new one, but I'm confident I'm pretty well off.
I take these:

Oh yeah I forgot to mention vitamin K2. It's essential for bones and I've read posts by people saying it removed tartar. It was discovered by a Canadian dentist in the 50s who theorized that the high amount in hunter/gatherer diets was the reason they had much healthier teeth than those eating modern diets.
