Rate before and after

Primary Diagnoses
Patient with maxillary hypoplasia, mandible is deficient as well, poor nasal and lip support. Patient with maxillary and mandibular deficiency class III malocclusion.

Orthognathic surgical treatment
Maxillary Le Fort I osteotomy, 3-piece advancement 10mm
Bone grafting to maxilla
Mandibular bilateral sagital split osteotomy advancement
Genioplasty lengthening and setback
Orthognathic Surgery Results
Total maxillomandibular advancement with genioplasy.

yea but we can choose to not creampie women who wont show their face without makeup.

this dude walks around with no make up etc. and gives the illusion of valueable, healthy genes.

Though I doubt he looks like that irl. Never seen a good plastic surgery job. And thats a good thing.
