Why don't baldcels just get a hair transplant?

I don't understand why they complicate things with all those risky drugs with questionable results. Just get those follicles transplanted from the back to top of head. It's so simple. That's what I'll do if I ever start receding hard.

I think if you get a transplant you still have to take the drugs coz when your compromised follicles keep thinning it will look real stupid next to the good hair up top

Yeah, my understanding is it's taking out a huge bucket of water from a sinking ship. If you can't fix the leaks, you're still fukked even if you temporarily clear all the water from the ship.
