dam did anyone know spinach and quinoa are natural test boosters?

Ecdysterone is found naturally in spinach and quinoa and is a banned by the world doping program in athletic sports.

I heard about it from a vegan, actually.

He's strong and ripped, and obviously I don't attribute this to his spinach and quinoa consumption, but from what I understood, you need a huge amount of the food to feel the gains.

As with most foods but still makes you wonder whether eating them 2-3 times a week might be beneficial and as they are both healthy as fuk anyway. Brb spinach and eggs, brb quinoa in place of rice.

How come this isn't talked about at all in bodybuilding? Kinda weird if it can boost your test that much

From the video though, it apparently doesn't require silly quantities. Hold up I'll post the screens from the video and the ounces he mentions.

So he says that

28g of dry quinoa = 8-10 mg of Ecdysterone
28g of raw spinach = 1-10 mg of Ecdysterone

And according to the study he quotes, I'd like to read up more and see if there are other similar studies on that though, here are the gains they found

It's probably not as known, and if it is true, the supplement industry would take a hit. Can't have that brah.

Most people already have spinach in their diet. It healthy but it's not some sort of anabolic miracle food.

I seriously doubt you're going to get any ergogenic benefits from just consuming spinach and/or quinoa. You would probably have to consume an unrealistic amount to see strength/test increase. They are definitely healthy and good to eat in general though.

Supplement wise, the only ecdy products that had some positive reviews was Iron Forged Ecdy and Performax Massmax. For Iron Forged, most people said they saw results with 800mg dose (and that was with cyclodexterin).
