How will reparation payments work?

I took a DNA test and am 8% nigerian (srs), will I qualify?

If not what is the threshold? Do you need to be 50% or higher? What if you're 49% african only do you not quality for the hand out?

What if we did this, allow descendants of slaves to sue descendants of slave holders for money they may have because of slavery? If some guy now has $50m because of family wealth made back in the plantation days, maybe he does deserve to have his riches stripped from him. Take their money and use it to research cancer or something. But it would have to be shown that the money came from slavery and the person today is wealthy from that. That's about all I could ever get behind as far as reparations.

This occurred in the past in other countries. They would just calculate lost income or property. Not strictly race.
