Not a trained 155 Lb. grown man either, this one has no fight training at all.

Brad Pitt was 155lbs in Fight Club, a lot of people assume that 155lbs is some tiny guy but that’s not necessarily the case. You can be a lean 155lbs and have noticeable muscularity. But assuming we are talking about a guy that is built like a twig that wouldn’t really influence my decision to act or not. Once someone is in my personal space and threatening me I will have no qualms about jawing them regardless of their size.

Maybe to big guys but not in the eyes of the general public. James McAvoy was 160lbs at 5’7 for his roles in Split and Glass and while he wasn’t huge he was still big enough to where people would consider him muscular. Brad Pitt weighing 155lbs at 5’11 might have looked a little slim in person but he still would have had a noticeable amount of muscle compared to your average Joe. Shorter guys with smaller bone structures can achieve a somewhat muscular look at that weight range.

155 is tiny
You are 6’0 so I believe you, 155lbs on a 6’0 frame even lean is not going to look big. But you take a guy 5’5-5’8 lean and he will generally have a skinny athletic build. I’m like 200-205lbs right now, about to cut soon as I’m probably around 18% body fat but I was like 160lbs a couple years ago at 5’7, when I went on a cut and I was doing mostly calisthenics and DB work. At that time I was still noticeably muscular, I had 16 inch arms, 29 inch waist, 44 inch chest, 14 inch calves, etc. at that time. Yes I know I wasn’t big, however when I would walk into a store I guarantee you I was carrying more muscle mass around than the majority of men in the place and I was quite aesthetic. That is what I’m trying to say, not that you’ll look big in the eyes of gym rats. Just that it’s a respectable weight range for someone in good shape and at a shorter height. My physique actually looked similar to McAvoy’s in Split.

5'7 155lbs and lean looks completely different to someone who's 6'2 and 155lbs.

Being a manlet you can look jacked weighing 140-160llbs depending on your bone structure, insertions etc.
