How to become Splinter Cell in real life?

Thats one of my favorite game franchises ever and I absolutely adore this game series


I was thinking of joining the military (Im from croatia)
because I feel I should try the military to see how I will do (maybe I'll like it and to see if its for me)

But I was just wondering how can I become a stealth like operative like Sam Fisher in Splinter Cell.
I love the idea of being unnoticed,using stealth, being physically prepared beyond my limits etc.

In america I guess navy seals would be the best route to go to become such stealth operative but since Im not in america what would be the best for me?

The GOAT pure stealth franchise imo. Never understood how he never got detected with bright green glowing goggles and a bright green glowing device on his back though lmao.

The lights on his goggles are not visible to the AI its just visible to us who play the game. The developers just wanted Sam to have something iconic for us to associate him and whats more iconic than those three green glowing lights
