The ultimate zombie routine

Booze / drugs + nolift + fap + eat like crap + vidya / TVmaxxx



sadly I have done this routine before for months at a time in my mid twenties (ded fkn Srs)




seriously feel like a zombie, with zero drive or vigor for life (ded fkn Srs)


commfy af tho minus the dark thoughts when trying to sleep (ded fkn Srs)


socializing on this stack is like climbing Mount Everest



Is anyone currently living this life?

What am I missing on this stack?

that exact concoction is going to be the end of men as we know it. i also believe far more than 50% of males under ~40 are living that exact kind of life

they've made it too easy to be a rotter

men seriously need to recognize this piss-poor pattern of behavior and be proactive in correcting it or we're doomed

i think its an intentional design as well
