Getting heart rate up vs getting body tired (srs)
I recently started running outside and using the treadmill. I usually use an apple watch as well as take a manual read of my heart rate.
When I run outside my heart rate is lower (around 143) and when I do a fast walk on a thread-mill its much higher at around 165.
The thing is that when I run outside I never feel like I get out of breath, i just feel like my body itself is tired. When I do the treadmill is the opposite, I feel out of breath and it feels like a high intensity workout but my body isn’t tired.
Basically what would be better,
- a constant elevated heart rate and heavy breathing for 15 mins (treadmill, 4mph fast walk at 18% incline).
- constant lower heart rate but running outside

-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.
-I'd rather live life saying "I failed" than "I could have"
