Trap bar deadlift -- yay or nay?

Do you incorporate trap bar at all for variation and different muscle group activation?

I've also read that flipping the handles and reaching lower is more difficult?

I'm just trying to build stronger hammies / glutes.

Too much quad for on back day

Too much back to do on leg day

Would rather do rdl, rack pull, or conventional.

it's better for avoiding low back injuries. You really have to be an idiot to pull your back while using that.

Yay

For hammies/glutes, use the low handles and hinge right back, as opposed to squatting the weight up

Trap bar deads are great as a more forgiving alternative to conv deads and yes they carryover
*Deadlifts pants after taking a chit crew*
